The Faithful Friend Service Dog Program is our most compassionate and comprehensive program—crafted for individuals and families seeking a professionally trained, reliable, and legally recognized service dog. Whether you need mobility assistance, psychiatric support, or medical alert response, our goal is to help you achieve freedom, independence, and peace of mind with a dog you can trust.

Our three-stage structure ensures real-world preparation and results:

🐾 Stage One: Foundational Obedience & Assessment (12-Week Board & Train)
Your dog will begin their journey with a 12-week Board & Train focused on advanced obedience, public behavior, socialization, and emotional resilience. They’ll learn to walk calmly on leash, respond to commands, and handle common distractions—while we assess their ability to progress into full service dog work. You’ll receive video updates, reports, and in-person lessons during and after their stay.

🐾 Stage Two: Handler Team Building & CGC Prep (2–3 Months of Private Lessons)
After graduation, you'll begin bi-weekly private lessons to build your skills as a handler. You'll be coached on how to maintain training, prepare for higher-level work, and build a reliable bond with your dog. Stage Two ends with the AKC Canine Good Citizen Test, which is required to move into Stage Three.

🐾 Stage Three: Task Training & Public Access (10–14 Week Train & Stay)
In this final phase, your dog returns for 10–14 weeks of focused training on custom service dog tasks tailored to your needs. From alerting to anxiety behaviors to retrieving medical items or interrupting harmful patterns, we’ll ensure your dog is capable, calm, and consistent.

At the end, we’ll complete final assessments, fine-tune your skills, and ensure your service dog is ready to support you in your daily life.

We assess temperament, nerve strength, health, and willingness every step of the way. We won’t take your money if we don’t believe your dog is truly able to succeed—we care far too much for that.
